What is Canvaforce?
Canvaforce is a digital workspace for organizing repositories, projects, issues, and the conversations that move work forward. It gives teams a shared operational context without forcing every conversation into a separate tool.
Core Philosophy
Workspaces provide the boundary for membership and access. Repositories organize areas of work, projects provide strategic direction, and issues capture executable work. Central discussions hold workspace-wide conversations, while comments stay attached to the issues they explain.
Zero Friction
Automated setups and intelligent defaults meant to get you working in seconds, not hours.
Ironclad Security
Workspace membership and issue access keep operational context visible to the people who should be able to act on it.
Platform Pillars
- Workspaces:The boundary for your team and organizational billing.
- Repositories:Context-specific silos where workflows live and breathe.
- Workflow Apps:Deep integrations that make your repositories interactive.
Getting Started
Create or select a workspace, invite the people who need access, then organize work through repositories, projects, and issues.
Inviting Team Members
Workspace managers can invite members and assign manager, collaborator, or viewer roles. Access is scoped to the workspace and its work.
Member Roles
Managers administer workspace settings and members. Collaborators participate in work. Viewers can review accessible work without making changes.
Billing & Plans
Billing belongs to the workspace, not an individual browser session. Workspace managers can review the current plan, payment method, invoices, and subscription state from workspace billing settings.
Central Discussions
Central is the workspace-wide conversation layer. Discussions are open to active workspace members and are intended for announcements, coordination, ideas, and shared context. They are not tied to a single issue.
Issues and Comments
Issues track executable work. Comments are short reactions and notes attached to an issue, and follow that issue’s access rules.
Repositories
Repositories group related work and provide the context in which projects and issues are managed.
Workflow Apps
Workflow apps extend workspace operations with focused tools and integrations.
Security
Access is enforced through authentication, workspace membership, role checks, and issue or project scope where applicable.
Two-Factor Authentication
Use the account security settings to configure an additional verification method. Keep recovery access available before removing or replacing a factor.
Glossary of Terms
A workspace is the access boundary; repositories group related work; projects organize outcomes; issues capture executable work; and discussions provide workspace-wide context.
